Nick Schäfer: HR practice, not pure IT consulting
n8n-fuer-hr.de collects workflows and knowledge from real HR projects – written by someone who fills HR roles first and only then builds the automation around them.
Nick Schäfer is an interim HR manager and fractional HR lead in Frankfurt, Germany. He takes on HR roles at companies with 50 to 500 employees and, along the way, builds n8n workflows and other AI routines when they genuinely help the process – not as an end in themselves.

Automation is rarely the first topic in HR projects. The first question is which role is missing on the team, or which process has been running on improvisation for years. n8n workflows like the ones on this site come out of exactly these projects: as a solution to a concrete problem, not as a technology demo.
This site is deliberately separate from nicksadvisory.com, the main site for interim and fractional HR mandates. Here the focus is solely on n8n and HR automation — for a broader picture of interim and fractional HR work, the main site is the place to look.
