Nick Schäfer is an interim HR manager and fractional HR lead in Frankfurt, Germany. He takes on HR roles at companies with 50 to 500 employees and, along the way, builds n8n workflows and other AI routines when they genuinely help the process – not as an end in themselves.
Automation is rarely the first topic in HR projects.
